Shipping policy

All Bases Co. currently only offer domestic shipping within Australia. We ship domestically via Australia Post (Parcel Post), with tracking. 

The All Bases Co. fulfilment centre is based in Queensland, Australia.

Australian Domestic: Australian orders are shipped through Australia Post (Parcel Post), with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days. Domestic delivery is automatically labelled as 'Authority to Leave', which means it doesn't require a signature.

Due to COVID-19, disruptions, natural disasters, and/or civil unrest, some carriers are experiencing delays. This is beyond our control and we thank you for your patience.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow us up to 3 business days to process and confirm your order.

Orders successfully processed are issued a tracking link, then dispatched the following business day. Delivery time frames vary by destination, and an ETA may be included on your tracking page.

Transit times are measured at the point of dispatch. Time frames listed below are estimates only. Due to disruptions, natural disasters, and/or civil unrest some carriers are experiencing delays. This is beyond our control and we thank you for your patience.

How can I track my order?

We process orders quickly, and once fulfilment has processed your order and issued a tracking link, we will be unable to make changes.

My parcel is taking longer than the estimated delivery time. What should I do?
At times delays can occur which are outside of our control, and which we are not responsible for.

If your parcel is taking longer than our estimate, please first reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number, as they will have the most current information.

I placed an order that contains a pre-order, when will my parcel be shipped?
Orders of multiple items of which includes a pre-order product, will be dispatched complete, once all items are on-hand. We may be able to arrange split shipment, however additional shipping fees may apply. Feel free to get in touch with us to discuss further.
